**Roles and Responsibilities**
* Ensure the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft, including marshalling, baggage handling, and cargo loading/unloading, adhering strictly to airline and airport regulations.
* Coordinate effectively with flight crews, air traffic control, and other airport departments to maintain on-time performance and resolve operational challenges promptly.
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, assisting with check-in, boarding, baggage inquiries, and resolving travel-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
* Operate and maintain various ground support equipment (GSE) safely and efficiently, including pushback tugs, baggage loaders, and passenger stairs.
* Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight checks, ensuring all necessary documentation and safety procedures are completed accurately.
* Monitor and manage passenger flow at gates, ensuring smooth boarding and deplaning processes while adhering to schedules.
* Handle special passenger requests, including those requiring assistance, unaccompanied minors, or passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Maintain a high level of situational awareness and strictly adhere to all safety and security protocols within the dynamic airport environment.
* Communicate effectively and clearly with team members and supervisors, providing timely updates on operational status and potential disruptions.
